AUGUST EVENTS
Meditative Dance Tuesday, August 21 at 7 p.m. We'll turn the lights down low and put on music. There will be a brief talk about "how to" before starting and there will be a brief discussion afterward. If it's tough for you to meditate because it's hard to sit still for a long time, this is definitely a style of meditation you want to check out. We're asking a $5 donation to cover the cost of the room, but don't worry if you don't have it. Nobody will be turned away because of lack of funds. For more info, call 226-9712.
