11 a.m. Program: Singer/Songwriter Roy Zimmerman will perform his
delightful, insightful music. A collection will be taken up afterward
to pay the piper.
10 a.m.: Coffee Hour discussion topic will be "What do you think of
Obama's stimulus package?"
Also at 10 a.m.: The children's religious education class will listen
to the story "John Murray and the Winds of Change" and talk the about
ideas in it.
March 8: Rebekah Rogers will read "Our Trancendentalist History" by
David Bumbaugh
Our Transcendentalist legacy, the insight of Ralph Waldo Emerson
mediated by the genious and passion of Theodore Parker, has shaped
modern Unitarian Universalist spirituality and makes it not just a
Christian heresy, but an alternative faith.

March 15: Pema Chodron, a Buddhist Nun: A selection of her writings
read by Susan Cogan
10 a.m.: Coffee Hour discussion will center around reviewing your
favorite book.
Also at 10 a.m.: The children's religious education class through
roll-playing will learn to welcome guests into their church home.
March 22:
11 a.m. Program: Alan Atkinson will present a discussion of the Heart Sutra.
10 a.m.: Coffee Hour discussion will center around your favorite myth
or fairy tale and why you like it.
Also at 10 a.m.: The children's religious education class will create
a windsock to help them remember John Murray.
March 29:
11 a.m. Program: Unitarian Universalism: The Curse of Knowing and the Guerrillas of Theology
10 a.m.: 10 a.m.: Coffee Hour discussion topic will be "What makes
social justice?"
Also at 10 a.m.: The children's religious education class will
continue the theme of hospitality and make welcome signs for their
homes and for the RE area.
